Senior Captains bring home the banquet hardware!

Pictured left: Senior Captain Dom Means pinned down his second straight Outstanding Wrestler Award after finishing the year off at 30-7 while winning West Mifflin, Sections,  and qualifying for the PIAA with a WPIAL runner up!  As a Junior, Dom co-led (with Patsy) the team with 27 wins, was All County and won the West Mifflin Tourney. Dom ended his  career at an outstanding 65-15! Awesome job Dom!

Pictured center: Senior Captain Mike Nagy won the Coaches Award for capping off a brilliant career with 91 wins. Mike's career could best be defined as consistent as he is a 4X WPIAL qualifier and a 4X All County wrestler (one of a few to accomplish this feat in CCHS history!). Mike also earned a medal for Academic Honors. Great job Mike!

Picture right: Senior Captain Tony Patsy won his third straight Team Academic Award (highest GPA & QPA) - perhaps a team record! Tony came into his Senior year as a highly ranked WPIAL wrestler after finishing his Junior year as All County with 27 wins - and as a 2X Fargo National Team member. Unfortunately, an injury kept Tony from competing this year on the mat.... but not in the classroom! Way to go Tony!

Not pictured is Senior Charles Bossong. As a second year wrestler, Charlie won the prestigious Viking Award for exemplifying "Men of  Faith, Men of Scholarship and Men of Service".  Charlie  also capped off his Senior year with High Academic Honors!  Awesome job Charlie!
